Mr. Kartik Raina who did his MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, has over 37 years of Indian & International corporate experience. Beginning his career with Richardson-Hindustan Ltd. (now Procter & Gamble), he has over 20 years of experience in India. Kartik has worked in various Sales & Marketing assignments in SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline Consumer HealthCare), Dabur (India) Ltd. He has been involved in the marketing of brands like Brylcreem, Eno Fruit Salt, Boost, Chyawanprash, Pudin Hara, Hajmola etc and has conceived and launched pioneering brands like Real Fruit Juice , Chabaaza & Dr. Morepen.
He has also handled various Sales responsibilities across the country, including Head of All India Sales for SmithKline Beecham. He thus brings a balanced Sales & Marketing perspective.
Internationally, Kartik has handled Icelandic & Norwegian Stockfish & Fisheads for the Nigerian market, Bangladesh operations for SmithKline Beecham, served on the Board of the Nigerian Hoechst Company for West Africa, and was the Managing Director for the Bestfoods Co. (Unilever Bestfoods) for Sri Lanka & Maldives.
Currently Kartik runs his own company, Learning Facilitators, which is involved in training and consultancy. His clients include GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, India, Far East, Taiwan & China, Airtel- Mobility & DTH, Hindustan Unilever (Rural Activation), Abbott Nutrition, RAL (Nippo Batteries, Nuby & Glide), TATA Chemicals, Ruchi Soya Industries, Tyco HealthCare, DSS Imaging (Olympus), Vikas Publishing etc.
