Mr. Debendra Narayan Kar

Mr. Kar started his professional career as an officer in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation in the year 1987. He joined IRS in 1988. After professional training at National Academy of Direct Taxes, joined as an Asstt. Commissioner of Income Tax at Vishakhapattanam, Andhra Pradesh. He worked in various capacities in Vishakhapattanam, Ahmedabad and Delhi thereafter. He was promoted as Addl. commissioner of Income Tax in the year 2001 and headed different ranges in Delhi the he ws Commissioner of Income Tax posted at Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi. He has addressed many meetings/Conferences in Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and different training institutes of Govt. of India.
